Get rid of that unsightly tailpipe and resonator on your 2024 and up tacoma Typically you would simply weld in a muffler at an exhaust shop with lower production models like the i4 2.7 The 2.7 hasnt changed since 2005 much so you can visit youtube and search for tacomas with 2.7 i4's and you'll find many likely have magnaflow etc welded in at a shop. Currently considering doing a simple axle dump exhaust setup on my 2020 v6 tacoma — basically chopping the tailpipe after the muffler and fabricating.

I hadn't seen anyone with this muffler on a tacoma and thought i would try it out. There are three rubber hangers the muffler/tailpipe assembly slides into I've never worked with hangers before They're quite difficult to get the muffler/tailpipe support bars to slide out of/into
Apart from using a soapy water mixture for lubrication are there any tips you can offer to make the job easier
